That's literally the point of this course. You'll learn how to recognize which kind of rest your brain and body actually need - without guessing, overthinking. or trying to logic your way through it.

Will I have to do homework?

What if I'm not diagnosed or don't have ADHD?

You don't need a diagnosis to be here. This course was designed for ADHDers, but if rest feels elusive, your brain spins out when you try to slow down, or your usual ways of recovering just aren't working - this will help.

Self-diagnosed ADHD? That counts too. Getting a formal diagnosis is a personal decision - and not everyone needs one to know their brain works differently.

We'll start with a quick transition exercise (2–3 minutes) to help you settle in and get grounded. Think of it like clearing the mental noise so you can really land in the session.

We'll celebrate a few wins—yes, even the tiny ones. ADHD brains tend to skip past progress, so we’re going to name it on purpose.

You'll set the focus. If you already know what you want to dig into, great. If not, I’ll help you figure it out. We’ll find something meaningful to explore together.

Then we go deep. That might look like:

  • Exploring what kind of rest your brain and body actually need

  • Unpacking resistance, guilt, or shame around rest (yes, it’s a thing)

  • Talking through what's coming up for you in specific modules

  • Brainstorming how to actually make space for rest in your day-to-day life

  • Personalizing the practices so they work with your schedule, energy, and reality—not against them

We’ll end with clarity and next steps. Whether that’s a specific rest experiment to try, a shift in how you’re approaching rest, or a simple action to support your energy.
