You’ve been told rest means stopping. Slowing down. Sitting still.
But every time you try that, your brain revolts. Or gets louder. Or spirals into guilt.
So you push through. You collapse. You keep going. And somehow, you're still tired.
This course offers another way.
Rest can be movement. Connection. Creativity. Stillness—if that’s what you need.
It doesn’t have to look a certain way to count. And you don’t have to earn it.
Inside, you’ll explore seven different types of rest, how to recognize which one you need, and how to actually
access it—in a way that works with your brain, not against it.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about unlearning what never worked in the first place.
This is for you if...
You're always tired, and you've never actually felt restored
You don't just struggle to rest - you're not even sure what rest is for you
Your brain never really shuts off, even when your body does.
Slowing down feels like something you'll be punished for or regret later.
You want real, compassionate, ADHD-respecting tools that don't feel like another demand on your already-full plate.
This is not...
Another shiny "self-care" checklist that leaves you feeling like you're still doing it wrong.
A course that talks about rest without guiding you through it in your actual, lived experience.
A tidy plan that assumes your brain just needs more structure. (It doesn't. It needs support.)
A lecture on why rest matters - it's an invitation to practice it, your way.
Fair warning: this course might call you out while it calls you in - AND you'll finally know what rest actually feels like.
Here's exactly what's inside - designed to support your energy, your brain, and your real life:
9 ADHD-respecting modules
You'll explore the 7 types of Rest, plus a grounding intro and a final "WTF do I do now?" section to help you take action in a way that fits you.
Short, focused videos (1-5 mins)
These videos get to the point—so you can spend less time learning about rest and more time actually practicing it.
Transition Exercises
Each module begins with a short, intentional practice to help you shift gears - out of doing mode and into a more grounded space for receiving. No pressure to zen out - just a chance to stop sprinting, breathe and actually arrive.
ADHD-friendly Rest Experiments
No rigid prescriptions here - just curious, doable invitations to explore what rest can actually look like in your everyday life.
A flexible structure
Binge the whole thing in one burst or take it slow. This course doesn't expire, and neither does your process.
Shadow Side Spotlights
Your inner resistance gets a voice - and they're sharp, honest and surprisingly helpful. They'll show up in each module to name the blocks, call out the shame, and keep things real.
Lifetime access
Rest isn't linear. You can come back whenever you need to resent, revisit, or remember.

“I just need to be more consistent.”
“How do I actually initiate tasks?”
“I really struggle with getting shit done.”
It’s not some magic hack you haven’t Googled yet.
It’s not a tool you somehow missed.
The answer is rest.
Scrolling isn’t rest—if you’re beating yourself up the whole time or comparing yourself to everyone you see online.
Collapsing after burnout isn’t rest
—because waiting until you crash means that nap’s not gonna cut it.
I created this course because I’ve seen—again and again—how hard it is to actually rest.
Clients. Friends. Myself.
We’ve been taught that rest means sitting still or going to sleep.
And most of us feel like there’s just not enough time
in the day for that.
This course was built differently—intentionally, thoughtfully, with
implementation first in mind.
Because just learning a new tool or idea?
That’s not the thing that changes you.
Learning how to actually integrate it into your life—
how to embody rest in a way that works for you—
That’s what makes it real.
🖤 Shadow Side Spotlight:
“Spoiler alert: You don’t need more willpower. You need recovery time.”
So you can finally feel rested.
And kick that to-do list’s ass when it’s time to move again.
Because support looks different for everyone.
Some people just want the course—no extras.
Some want a coaching session to help them work through blocks.
Some want to send voice messages at 11pm when the shame spiral starts creeping in.
So I built in options.
Not because you need more—but because you deserve to choose what actually helps you follow through.
Find answers to commonly asked questions
That's literally the point of this course. You'll learn how to recognize which kind of rest your brain and body actually need - without guessing, overthinking. or trying to logic your way through it.
You get lifetime access. Take your time, binge it all at once, or revisit it whenever life hits the "I'm fried" button again.
Not in the traditional sense. You'll get Rest Experiments - practical, ADHD-friendly ways to test different types of rest in real life.
You don't need a diagnosis to be here. This course was designed for ADHDers, but if rest feels elusive, your brain spins out when you try to slow down, or your usual ways of recovering just aren't working - this will help.
Self-diagnosed ADHD? That counts too. Getting a formal diagnosis is a personal decision - and not everyone needs one to know their brain works differently.
You've got options. If you want extra support applying what you learn, you can add 1:1 coaching or video message check-ins. This course is here to meet you where you are - not leave you figuring it out alone.
That's not failure - it's life.
This isn't the kind of course that punishes you for pausing. You can come back whenever you're ready. No shame, no reset button, no pressure to "catch up." You're EXACTLY where you're supposed to be - on the timeline that works for you.
Nope.
You can skip around, follow your curiosity, or use the "WTF Do I Do Now?" section to figure out which kind of rest you need in the moment.
There's no right way to rest - only the way that actually works for you.
Sometimes you don’t need a full session—you just need to talk something out, get unstuck, or hear a human voice that reminds you you’re not alone.
Video message support gives you a flexible way to:
• Process things in real time
• Ask questions as they come up
• Work through resistance
• Share a win (even if it feels small)
• Or just ramble until you land on what’s actually going on (classic ADHD magic)
You don’t have to overthink it. Just pop in when you need to—and I’ll meet you there with reflection, support, or strategy (and zero judgment).
Here's what to expect during our 60-min 1:1 Session Together
We'll start with a quick transition exercise (2–3 minutes) to help you settle in and get grounded. Think of it like clearing the mental noise so you can really land in the session.
We'll celebrate a few wins—yes, even the tiny ones. ADHD brains tend to skip past progress, so we’re going to name it on purpose.
You'll set the focus. If you already know what you want to dig into, great. If not, I’ll help you figure it out. We’ll find something meaningful to explore together.
Then we go deep. That might look like:
Exploring what kind of rest your brain and body actually need
Unpacking resistance, guilt, or shame around rest (yes, it’s a thing)
Talking through what's coming up for you in specific modules
Brainstorming how to actually make space for rest in your day-to-day life
Personalizing the practices so they work with your schedule, energy, and reality—not against them
We’ll end with clarity and next steps. Whether that’s a specific rest experiment to try, a shift in how you’re approaching rest, or a simple action to support your energy.
This session is here to support you in making rest feel real, doable, and personal. I’ll meet you where you are—and we’ll build from there.
