You're not broken.

Let's start there.

You’ve probably blamed yourself more times than you can count—for not being consistent enough, focused enough, “together” enough. For knowing what to do… and still not doing it.

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to remind you that there’s nothing wrong with the way you move through the world.

But there might be something wrong with the systems and expectations you've been trying to force yourself into.

And underneath all that noise—there’s you.
Brilliant. Tender. Capable as hell.

Maybe no one ever taught you to trust that.

That’s what we do here.

Our Core Why

We’re here to help people—especially ADHDers and neurodivergent folks—stop abandoning themselves in the pursuit of productivity, success, or acceptance.

We believe that the systems most of us are taught to follow don’t actually serve the people we work with. They’re rigid, extractive, and shame-based. Our work is a rebellion against that.

Instead, we help people reconnect to their own rhythm, energy, wisdom, and truth—and then build a life and business around that, not the other way around.

We’re not interested in giving people another set of rules or hacks. We’re here to help them trust themselves, create space for their humanity, and take aligned, doable action toward what matters most.

We build tools, programs, and containers that are:

  • Safe but not coddling

  • Playful but not superficial

  • Deep but not overwhelming

  • Sacred but not self-important

  • Practical but never one-size-fits-all

Our “why” isn’t about fixing people—it’s about freeing them—so they can live, work, and rest in a way that’s true.

About Jess

Head of Humaning &

Director of Brain Magic

I didn’t become a coach to fix people.

I became a coach because I couldn’t not—because witnessing someone have an aha moment, burst into tears, throw a pillow at me, or smile through a “fuck you, Jess” is holy ground to me. That’s what I live for.

Growth—real, soul-level, chaotic, sacred growth—has always called to me.

It’s why I almost became a teacher. It’s why I worked in ministry.

It’s why I flew across the country in 2018, scraping together everything I had to attend a coaching program I couldn’t ignore—because something in me knew this was the work I was here to do.

Coaching isn’t just my job.

It’s how I hold space for transformation. For remembering. For returning to the truth.

I show up to each client with what’s needed in the moment.

Sometimes I’m fiery. Sometimes I’m grounding. Sometimes I’m the mirror. Sometimes I’m the nudge. I listen to my intuition, follow the thread, and trust the knowing—even when it makes no sense until it does.

And through it all, my message stays the same:

You are not broken.

Your chaos, your “flaws,” your weirdness, your rhythms—they’re not things to be fixed.

They’re signs of your aliveness. And you deserve a life, business, and way of being that makes space for all of you to show up.

You are worthy.

You are magical.

And you don’t have to do this alone.
