This is a three-month coaching container designed to bring coaching into your life, not around your coaching sessions.
Together, we'll practice with whatever unfolds in your everyday life:
The hard conversations
The moments of self-doubt
Getting started and closing loops
Creating systems that work for your brain
Prioritizing in a way that works with your energy
Rather than waiting until your next coaching session, we'll work with what's happening while it's happening.

Most coaching happens during scheduled sessions. You meet your coach, gain insight, make a plan, and then head back into your life to practice on your own until the next session. There might be support in between, but the session is still the primary place where the coaching happens.
This works really well for many people, but over the years, I noticed something with my clients.
The moments when it's hardest to implement what we're working on rarely happen while we're sitting together.
Those moments happen on a Tuesday afternoon, in the middle of a difficult conversation or while trying to start a task that suddenly feels impossible. That's when the shame and self-doubt get really loud. These are the moments that shape our lives.
That's the gap that The Front Porch was designed to close. Instead of centering the coaching around scheduled sessions, The Front Porch centers it around the moments where life is actually happening.

Bring...
...the difficult conversation you're still replaying in your head.
...the task you've been avoiding for three days.
...the exciting idea you don't know what to do with yet.
...the win you usually don't share because it feels too "unimportant."
...the self-doubt that blindsided you.
...the ordinary Wednesday spiral of depression and scrolling.
No moment is too small.
No moment is too messy.
If it's part of your life, it's welcome on the porch.
Voice notes throughout the month so we can coach the moment, not the memory of it
One coaching session each month to zoom out, connect the dots, & choose what to practice
Phone calls when a live conversation is the best tool
Your life becomes the curriculum, together, we practice how you show up in it
A dedicated "What's Next?" conversation before we decide together what comes next
The Front Porch might be for you if...
you find yourself wishing you could ask your coach something when it's actually happening, not two weeks later
you, at times, process by talking things through with another person
you get stuck by trying to figure out your next step or actually taking it
you want to build a beautiful, connected relationship with yourself
This isn't therapy.
This isn't 24/7 crisis support.
This isn't me telling you what to do.
This isn't about creating a codependent relationship with your coach
This isn't another accountability program (though accountability can be part of it, if you'd like it to be)

I want to be transparent about how I price The Front Porch.
The standard rate for this program is around $800/month for the three-month container.
I also reserve a limited number of reduced-rate spots for people who are a great fit but would otherwise be unable to participate.
Those conversations happen together during our Porch Visit.
In general, pricing ranges from $500–$1100/month, depending on the payment arrangement and our conversation.

Pretty much, yes. The Front Porch is intentionally designed to be responsive to real life. I'll explain the rhythm of the space during your Porch Visit, but you don't need to worry about being "too much." We'll communicate in a way that supports you while also honoring both of our boundaries.
That's completely okay. Some months you'll need more support than others. If I don't hear from you, I will definitely check in.
You're always welcome to send me a voice note whenever something comes up.
I don't keep traditional office hours, so there's a good chance you'll hear back from me in the evenings or on weekends.
That said, I'm usually not available before 10 a.m., Fridays are my day off, and if I'm spending time with people, my phone is usually on silent.
Please don't worry about bothering me. If I'm unavailable, I simply won't see it until I'm available again. You never have to wonder whether it's okay to reach out. It is.
I'll explain more about the rhythm of this space during your Porch Visit, but my hope is that this feels like a support system you can lean on, not another relationship where you have to guess what's okay.
No. While there can certainly be overlap in the conversations we have, The Front Porch is coaching, not therapy.
Therapy often helps us understand, process, and heal what has happened. Coaching is more focused on practicing how you want to show up in your life today.
Sometimes that means working through a difficult conversation before you have it. Sometimes it means untangling the shame that's keeping you stuck. Sometimes it means celebrating a win you almost dismissed.
If therapy is about healing the past, The Front Porch is about practicing the present.
Many of my clients are also in therapy, and I think the two can complement each other beautifully.
While I primarily work with adults with ADHD, you don't need a diagnosis—or ADHD at all—to benefit from this work.
The Front Porch is for people who want a place to practice. People who are curious about themselves, willing to experiment, and ready to try showing up a little differently than they did yesterday.
Many of my clients are entrepreneurs, creatives, and people navigating challenges. They're wonderfully diverse in their identities, backgrounds, and beliefs, but they all have one thing in common: they're committed to becoming more themselves.
If that sounds like you, there's a good chance you'll feel at home here.
Absolutely. Toward the end of our time together, we'll have a dedicated "What's Next?" conversation to reflect on what you've learned and decide what makes the most sense moving forward.
For some people, that means wrapping up the container. For others, it means continuing The Front Porch, transitioning to monthly coaching, or exploring a different way of working together.
There's no expectation that you'll continue. We'll make that decision together based on what's best for you.
