Many people with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed) have ideas, plans, and goals but find themselves stuck. In this six-week group, we'll get to the root of why resistance, overwhelm, and inconsistency show up and examine the patterns systems, and assumptions behind them.
Through guided exercises, movement, group discussions, partner work, and more, we'll practice new ways of relating to time, tasks, and hard moments so you can move through your life with more freedom, confidence, and energy.

We start Monday, September 14th, 2026 7:30pm-9:30pm
Location: NW Women's Fitness at 2714 NE Broadway, Portland OR 97232
Start Date: Monday, September 14th, 2026
Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm
Weekly on Mondays
Last Session will be 10/19
We will need a minimum of 8 participants to run the program
Each session includes a mix of guided exercises, movement, conversation, and practical planning. Participants will explore their own patterns around resistance, overwhelm, and follow-through while experimenting with new ways of working with their brain.
Rather than following a rigid curriculum, the sessions respond to what is actually happening for the people in the room. Some weeks may focus more on understanding patterns. Other weeks may focus on practical tools for navigating time, energy, and difficult moments.
Throughout the six weeks, participants, will practice noticing what gets in the way, working through resistance in real time, and creating realistic plans for the week ahead with support from the group.
Every session includes time to reflect on what came up during the week, learn and practice new approaches, connect with others in the group, and identify the next small steps to keep life moving forward.

The reason this exists…
is because I see folks be really hard on themselves.
I see ADHDers constantly feel like they’re the problem.
And yes, taking responsibility matters.
But a lot of the time, you’re carrying things that were never yours to carry.
So you try harder… force things… do what you think you’re supposed to do…
and when it doesn’t work, you blame yourself.
Instead of asking: what actually works for me?
ADHD doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It gives you information.
And when you start working with your brain instead of against it, things change.
This is the work I do.
I guide people through that shift.
You start to see yourself differently.
You start to trust yourself.
You start to build things in a way that actually fits your life.
And doing that in a room with other people?
You start to see things you couldn’t see on your own.
You’re surrounded by people who get it.
Who can see things you can’t see.
And then… we do something with it.
Because this is about follow-through.
Not forcing consistency in a way that doesn’t work, but learning how to work with yourself so follow-through becomes possible.

This program is designed for ADHDers in mind. There is space and grace to be late. And please do your best to arrive on time so you don't miss out on the good stuff 😊
There is some parking in the lot and there is some street parking. Remember to give yourself some buffer time to park and walk in. 😊
If you are a person who likes to take notes or doodle, please bring a notebook and writing utensils.
I would also recommend bringing a water bottle.
You don't need a formal diagnosis to join. This program is created for folks with ADHD in mind whether they are diagnosed or not.
Plus, there are many folks who resonate with ADHD without wanting the label of it and that's okay too.
